- California Association of Realtors (C.A.R.) Director & has been a Member of the Professional Standards, the Land Use and Forms Committees — I provide input and opinions on legislation affecting real estate issues and vote on changes in California Association of Realtors' policy and procedures. Our goal is to protect private property rights, and promote real estate ownership and maintain professional conduct of Realtors. (since 2003)
